    Description

This is a package of "new" plans. The plans are vintage and printed in 1952.
The envelope with the plans is still sealed in plastic and in good condition.
There's a tear in the plastic and in the envelope as shown in the last photo but the plans inside are not affected by this (though they have a little bit of dirt on them because of it).
    Information from the package:
    --------
Full-size frame patterns in simplified directions take all the mystery out of building the 12 foot center board sailboat, the "Seabreeze". Light and easy to handle, she's also ideal for rowing or use with an outboard motor. Plywood construction simplifies building. An excellent performer in light or rugged breeze. Mainsail measures 60 square ft. Beam is 4'7". You'll have fun and get yourself launched at half the cost if you build your own boat by the easy pattern method. All you do is trace the pattern on the flat surface of lumber. Building is easy-saw along traced lines. Carefully assemble as step-by-step directions indicate.
Easi-Bild full size patterns are exactly what their name implies - full size paper patterns that take the mystery out of woodworking. Cut each part to size of patter. Then drill holes for screws, bolts, dowels, etc. in exact position shown. Where no full size pattern is required for a long length of lumber or a large piece of plywood, cutting dimensions are given. Easi-Bild Patterns eliminate the wasteful use of lumber and labor. Each pattern contains a list of materials required. All patterns are well designed. No special skill is required to obtain top-notch professional results. Skilled, as well as unskilled person find in this method a time, labor and material saving way to build garages, houses and other large projects.
Full size patters are provided wherever necessary for making angle cuts, cutting scalloped edges or other curved parts. Step-by-step assembly illustrations show every important phase of construction. Directions are written in a non-technical, easy-to-understand language. Every pattern contains a complete list of materials and specifies where materials are used. The front of this envelope specifies whether the enclosed pattern uses the "full size" or "pattern method".
    --------
The envelope is fairly dense so considering the other Easi-Bid plans we've been listing which are half as thick I would guess that the instructions are entirely comprehensive.
    Thank you
