    This listing is for a lovely antique American Sterling Silver sauce boat or gravy dish , c. 1909.
    This beautiful sauce boat is in very nice Estate condition and is stamped on the base with the old "Graff, Washbourne & Dunn" trademark stamp and is marked "Patented 5/18-25-1909, Sterling, 6363/147" and weighs 9.8 ounces.  This fabulous example of antique American silver has an intricately chased pattern with floral garlands alternating with decorative medallions and has a beautiful decorative border around the base.
    Graff, Washbourne & Dunn of New York operated in New York from 1899 to 1961 when they became part of the Gorham Corp.
    Measures 4 5/8" high, 8 3/4" from spout to handle and 4 1/8" wide.  Sauce boats have always been a hard to find item of antique silver holloware.  We are fortunate to have several so please check out our other eBay Store items for more.
