    Description

    This lot is an electric streetcar token from Nantes France circa 1920.
    Cataloged as France 600-AH in Smith's 1990 catalog.  The token is 26mm hexagonal aluminum with an unlisted counter stamp variety. Click on original obverse image and enlarge to see mark details. The "TN" counter
    stamp is in a triangle rather than the usual oval shape used on Nantes tokens. This piece will be a great addition to anyone's France or transit collection.
