Product Description
These exceptional antique George II sterling silver gravy boats have a plain oval rounded form, in the classic English form.
The body of each piece is plain and unembellished with a plain undulating shaped border to the rim.
The gravy boats are fitted with scrolling handles featuring a simplified leaf decorated scrolling thumbpiece.
Each example of Georgian silverware is supported by three impressive applied feet with stylised shell decorated sockets in junction with the body.
Condition
These antique gravy boats are an exceptional gauge of silver, exceptional quality and in exceptional condition.
Full hallmarks struck to the underside of each gravy boat are all clear in keeping with age and location.
