WOW! What an absolutely fabulous rare set of 10 Antique Villeroy&Boch Mettlach HandPainted Bird Insect Faience Dinner Plates Chelsea France 1740 they are just delightful with the colors so charming, an estate sale find
! These are circa 1920's and there is a history on removeable stickers to one.
Please not there only 10 the photo shows 11 but the last plate shown is no longer available so 10 only.
Condition is good they have crazing and some have darkening however does not detract in the least from this hard to find set, see photos. Measuring approximately 9-3/4" across, marked with different marks, blackened out backstamps to most see photos, please shop our store and auctions for more treasures!
